WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

Mid-level executive role in scripted development, current, overalls, or IP at an established Studio, ProdCo or Buyer. Open to consulting opportunities.

HRTS’ ROLE IN MY CAREER

My tenure on the HRTS Associates Board of Directors has been a crucible for refining my management skills, elevating them to new heights. As Co-President during the challenging times of COVID, facing a double strike, and navigating through my own professional transitions, I confronted unique challenges head-on

In an environment that often seemed bleak, I took the helm with a human-first attitude, ensuring connection, morale, and momentum persevered. I extended my hands to those who needed support the most and received overwhelming positive feedback from HRTS members.

In addition to my leadership role, I’ve had the distinct honor of being one of the HRTS Foundation’s inaugural Career Advisors to our first class of HRTS Fellows, a role that has been immensely fulfilling as I’ve witnessed my Fellow and the program grow.

 PROFESSIONAL SUPERPOWER

My superpower lies in my people skills and adaptability, both on and off the page.  I excel at creating a safe space for creators and coworkers, and de-escalating conflict to propel progress.

I function as a strong leader when necessary, yet I’m equally comfortable stepping back to allow others with different strengths to contribute. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration over dictatorship, dedicating time to listen, contemplate, and then respond.

This superpower extends to my ability to develop and identify characters on the page. Being both a right- and left-brained individual enables me to seamlessly bridge the worlds of business and creativity.

I’ve had the privilege of successfully structuring two studios, collaborating closely with just one other team member/boss. It’s all about understanding the person I’m engaging with, discerning their needs and perspective, and crafting optimal solutions for everyone involved.
