The annual Mentorship Program is a cornerstone of HRTS today. In line with our mission to come together as leaders in TV and entertainment to connect, educate and provide access to the industry, the program matched 500+ participants during the 2022 class, providing an invaluable platform to create more career-long relationships and growth opportunities for our members than ever.

HRTS is proud to be accepting applications for the 2024 Mentorship Program. By continuing to bring our LA and NY participants under one combined initiative, our mentors will be able to choose their coast of preference and meeting style (in-person/virtual/hybrid), opening up the possibilities for who you can be paired with. This year the program will run from April 2024 until early December 2024. Applications will be received and reviewed in February. If you are chosen to move to the next step, you will be contacted directly to be briefed on all details of the program. You will then be notified in March if we are able to match you with a mentor and/or mentee.
