HRTS Unscripted was born from HRTS’ 2017 partnership with the Unscripted Content Association. Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS) Board of Directors Members Scott Hervey (Weintraub Tobin) and Greg Lipstone are Co-Presidents of HRTS Unscripted.

This event series features panels and networking events throughout the year on topics relevant to people working in unscripted/non-fiction/reality TV. The committee also champions ways to continue expanding HRTS’ service to people and companies in the unscripted arena. In 2023, the Unscripted series covered the current state of unscripted and nonfiction television and where it’s headed in the HRTS Unscripted: Back to the Future panel.

Attorneys attending HRTS Unscripted panels are eligible for MCLE credits provided by Weintraub Tobin. All HRTS members are eligible to purchase tickets to HRTS Unscripted events, and HRTS Tickets to HRTS Unscripted events held via HRTS Virtual are complimentary to all HRTS members and may be purchased by non-members. NEW: Corporate Member Ticket Benefits apply to HRTS Unscripted events.
