The HRTS Virtual: Brown Bag with the Board series is an off-the-record event series designed to connect, inform and support our members coast to coast and around the world as we all adjust to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is free to current Individual Members of HRTS at all levels (HRTS Executive, HRTS Associate, JHRTS, and HRTS Academic), and expanded Corporate Member ticket benefits apply. Attendees may submit questions during registration.

Television) welcome broadcaster and former NFL player, Emmanuel Acho as their special guest for our next edition of HRTS’ Brown Bag With the Board series. With a tip of the hat to the format of Acho’s popular video series “Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man,” Acho will address discussion topics submitted by HRTS Members in advance as well as those raised by our Board Members and then open the session to live Q&A with attendees.

the Pond & Around the World

Members of the HRTS Board of Directors and Advisory Council came together for this second edition of HRTS‘ new series of casual, off-the-record “brown bag” Q&A events for a view into the U.K. and international production and distribution landscape. London-based HRTS Advisory Council Member Ian Moffitt (ICM Partners) moderated the discussion among fellow London-based HRTS Advisory Council Member Jeff Wachtel (NBCUniversal International Studios); L.A.-based HRTS Board Member Gary Marenzi (Marenzi & Associates); and special guests, London-based Gareth Neame (Downton Abbey) and Jane Turton (All3Media).
