Opening Panel: Empowerment at Every Level
One of the greatest benefits of diversity is the variety of voices in the room and on the set – provided those voices are heard. From their day-to-day to longer-term, big picture ideas, leaders from across the TV and media landscape share their strategies for empowering themselves other women and diverse professionals at every level and role.

Interactive Advisory Panel: Ask the Experts*
An all-star advisory panel comprising leaders from across the industry will advise three HRTS Members (one member from each segment — HRTS Executive, HRTS Associates and JHRTS – chosen in advance) on a question, scenario or issue the member is facing in their career. The three members will describe their topic in 60-seconds, one at a time, and the advisory panel will share their experience as it relates to each issue being workshopped.
