| Anna Rozalska is an LA-based European producer and entertainment executive with over 25 studio and indie film credits that premiered at Sundance, Berlinale, Toronto, Rome, San Sebastián, DOC NYC, including Arbitrage (dir. Nick Jarecki), Vamps (dir. Amy Heckerling), and Who Will Write Our History (dir. Roberta Grossman, exec. prod. by N. Spielberg). She also produced TV shows primarily as Head of Scripted, Unscripted, and international co-productions for Canal+Poland. Featured in Forbes, Screen International, and IndieWire, she’s the co-founder of the Warsaw-based talent agency and production company Match&Spark, bridging the U.S. and European markets, representing more than 70 Center and Eastern European filmmakers and Oscar-nominated department heads. Unspoken is her latest TV project, winner of Series Mania’s Best Pitch Award (starring Paul Wesley). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, ESADE, HEC Montréal and Łódź Film School, Inside Pictures, Screen Leaders, EAVE, Midpoint, and the Center for Leadership for Poland. Anna is a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and the Television Academy.

Jessica Schwartz is an accomplished entertainment executive and producer, currently serving as Head of Development at Roundtable Entertainment, overseeing both scripted and unscripted content. She previously led development at ITV, Team Whistle, Telepictures, and Collins Avenue, and has produced and cast projects for NBC Peacock, E!, Sony, Lifetime, Nickelodeon, Netflix, Entertainment Studios, Bravo, and ABC. Jessica co-produced Roundtable’s #AMFAD All My Friends Are Dead (Tribeca Premiere) and Dinner With Gavin Rossdale (Vizio). She was instrumental in securing JoJo Siwa’s role in #AMFAD after producing Siwa’s Dance Pop Revolution and Dance Moms. “It was her concept, her execution, reaching out, getting in touch with that team, making it so. | Aslin Osmara Paxtor is a Department Assistant at Netflix. In May 2025, she graduated from Cal State Fullerton with her Master’s in Communications with academic honors and a concentration in Entertainment & Tourism. Her exit project consisted of her acting as a consultant for JHRTS LA to create a communications strategy for the organization. This led her to run for the Co-Presidency. Aslin enjoys getting creative for enhanced visual storytelling, from supporting local non-profits to recapping concerts. A proud Latina/Guatemalan, she strives to make a positive impact for representation for diverse communities. | Claire Matson is a writer and producer who was born and raised in New York City. Her work in Los Angeles has had a focus on production, mainly in the commercial and documentary space. Claire enjoys bringing female-driven stories to life and this past year co-directed and independently produced, Being Dead Should Be Easy, a short film that she wrote which has since screened at multiple festivals. Claire takes an active interest in volunteering and has organized and led a number of service events for JHRTS members including meal preparation collaborations with non-profit organizations and neighborhood cleanups. |
