JHRTS was established in August of 2000 as the Junior Membership for HRTS. The creation of a Junior Membership continues the tradition of community-building and allows HRTS to nurture those young professionals working in the industry who are not yet executives.

Qualification for Membership:
Membership is open to all those in the beginning stages of their careers in entertainment, including assistants, associates, and coordinators at television studios, networks, agencies, new media, production companies, and all other areas in the entertainment industry.*

*Interested parties who are at the manager level or higher are encouraged to join HRTS or HRTS Associates since the offerings provided by JHRTS are intended exclusively for those early in their entertainment career.
