HRTS Mentorship Program

Building Foundations For Careers Together

The annual Mentorship Program is a cornerstone of HRTS today. In line with our mission to come together as leaders in TV and entertainment to connect, educate and provide access to the industry, the program matched 500+ participants during the 2024 class, providing an invaluable platform to create more career-long relationships and growth opportunities for our members than ever.
