Scott Greenberg
CEO, Blockchain Creative Labs and Co-Founder/CEO of Bento Box Entertainment

Scott Greenberg is CEO of Blockchain Creative Labs (BCL), FOX Entertainment and Emmy Award-winning animation studio Bento Box Entertainment’s NFT studio, which recently launched the digital marketplace “The MaskVerse” for FOX’s hit singing competition program, THE MASKED SINGER, and oversees a $100 million creator fund to identify growth opportunities in the space. BCL is currently preparing to launch a dedicated digital marketplace for KRAPOPOLIS, marking the first animated series to be curated entirely on the blockchain. Additionally, BCL and WWE recently announced an exclusive multi-year agreement to launch an NFT marketplace for licensed digital WWE tokens and collectibles. BCL also is serving as the first-ever Blockchain Sponsor of the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference and Festivals from March 11-20, 2022, in Austin, TX.

   Greenberg also is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bento Box, where he oversees the business and operational management of the company, including creative development, business development, brand management, corporate strategy and business and legal affairs. Series produced by Bento Box include FOX’s hit series, BOB’S BURGERS, THE GREAT NORTH and HOUSEBROKEN, as well as upcoming comedies KRAPOPOLIS, from Emmy-winning creator Dan Harmon (Rick and Morty, Community), and GRIMSBURG, starring and executive-produced by Emmy winner Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Top Gun: Maverick). Bento Box also produces Netflix’s Paradise PD and Saturday Morning All Star Hits; Apple TV+’s Central Park and Wolfboy and the Everything Factory; HBO Max’s The Prince; and Hulu’s Koala Man.

   Additionally, Bento Box jointly operates the Melbourne, Australia-based animation studio Princess Bento Studio, which it formed in 2021 with television and film production company Princess Pictures. The studio produces content for platforms in the United States, Australia, Australian co-production treaty countries and across the globe. Prior to Bento Box, Greenberg was President and COO of Film Roman and Executive Vice President of Production at Starz Media. Under his supervision, Film Roman produced THE SIMPSONS, The Simpsons Movie and King of the Hill for FOX, Super Hero Squad, The Avengers and X-Men Evolution for Marvel Entertainment and numerous other projects. Greenberg is a member of the Producers Guild of America, The Television Academy and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPOLA). He began his career as a lawyer and was a member of the New York and New Jersey bar associations.


Eva Feder
SVP, Business & Legal Affairs, Lionsgate

Eva Feder is Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Lionsgate and a member of the State Bar of California. A graduate of Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Eva began her career in the entertainment industry at Summit Entertainment as a legal intern, later becoming an in-house legal counsel, and eventually moving to Lionsgate following its acquisition of Summit Entertainment in 2012, where she was promoted to her current position. While Eva works on a variety of legal matters and agreements, she specializes in legal marketing, licensing, and merchandising for film and television properties, namely for location-based entertainment (e.g., theme parks, live theater, touring exhibitions), video games, virtual reality, and ancillary rights acquisitions. Eva also oversees in-house day-to-day decisions for Lionsgate’s intellectual property portfolio.  Her work has involved many of Lionsgate’s and Summit’s most successful franchises, including The Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games, Mad Men, and Orange is the New Black.

 

 


Gavin Bridge
Senior Media Analyst, Variety Intelligence Platform

Gavin Bridge is a Senior Media Analyst for Variety Intelligence Platform. Gavin is an expert on how NFTs are being used in entertainment, and hosts VIP+’s webinar series on NFTs. He has authored VIP+ special reports on the popularity of free streaming and FAST, the growth of Connected TV platform revenue, changes in sports fandom and what this means for TV, Peak TV and how viewership is shifting, and the convergence between streaming services and TV networks.

 

 

 

 

 


Daniel Eilemberg
President of Content, EXILE

Daniel Eilemberg is the President of Content at EXILE, a media company dedicated to developing and producing premium original content for audiences across the U.S. and Latin America.

Daniel is also the founder and CEO of Lil Heroes, an NFT collection and entertainment brand.

Prior to this, Daniel served as President and Chief Content Officer of Fusion Media Group (FMG), a multi-cultural cable and digital media company owned by Univision, where he oversaw all content and operations for the TV network and digital platforms. During his tenure, FMG grew to become the largest digital media network in the US, and earned over 75 television and journalism awards, including The DuPont-Columbia Award and the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award.

Additionally, Daniel is the founder and served as president of Animal Político and Pájaro Político, one of the most recognized and influential news brands in the Americas. Under his guidance, the site was honored with Spain’s Ortega y Gasset, Mexico’s Premio Nacional de Periodismo, and the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Journalism Awards. 

Daniel’s Executive Producer credits include the Sundance Audience Award Winner Science Fair; Who Killed Malcolm X, The Traffickers, Food Exposed, and Murder Mountain, amongst others

Daniel is a 2014 visiting Nieman Fellow at Harvard University, and recipient of NAMIC’s 2017 Next Generation Leaders and Luminaries Award.

Scott Hervey is an entertainment, intellectual property and business attorney who regularly represents television production companies and has served as production and clearance counsel on television programming for Netflix, History, Go90, The CW, E!, VH1, NatGeo, WGN, CMT, WEtv, TruTV, Discovery, and A&E. He also represents traditional entertainment and digital media companies, technology companies, early-stage investors, and all varieties of brand-driven enterprises, in financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and other general business transactions.

In the area of emerging media, Scott represents investors, venture capital funds, and emerging growth companies in financing transactions. Scott also represents top digital media content creators, digital media studios, YouTube Networks and other new technology companies in a wide variety of matters including acquisitions, production, clearance and general business matters.

Scott was featured in Variety’s 2014 Legal Impact Report and is a 2017 Super Lawyer®. Scott is a professor of entertainment law at King Hall law school, U.C, Davis and he serves on the board of directors of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS).
