Jennifer Vaux
Vice President of Content Acquisition & Programming, Roku

Jennifer Vaux oversees content strategy, acquisition, programming and scheduling for The Roku Channel. She is responsible for sourcing and executing innovative programming acquisition deals across a range of content and business models for The Roku Channel. Prior to Roku, Jennifer served as VP of Network Business Strategy & Content Acquisitions for Turner’s entertainment networks forging deals for offnetwork television series and movie licensing. Jennifer has also worked at NBCUniversal and The Walt Disney Company in the US and Hit Entertainment (now Mattel) in the UK.

Frank Jung is the Co-Founder and Co-Head of CAA Digital Media and is also a TV/Film Agent. He started at CAA in 2004 and became one of the first diverse leaders at the agency. Jung and his team work with traditional and digital endemic clients focusing in areas such as: selling series and movies, brand partnerships, representation, building new businesses, advising on investment and strategic partnerships, and has an advisory/consulting practice.

Floris Bauer
Co-Founder & President, Gunpowder & Sky

Floris Bauer is Co-Founder and President of Gunpowder & Sky, an independent studio that develops and produces award-winning film, television, audio and virtual reality projects. Since launching Gunpowder & Sky together with Van Toffler in 2016, the studio has released more than 60 feature films and series in theaters and on leading services such as Apple, HBO, Netflix, MTV, Hulu, Sky, Showtime, Spotify, Amazon, YouTube, Audible, Roku and Discovery.

Projects include Sheryl, The Notorious B.I.G. Sky’s The Limit: A VR Concert Experience, 69: The Saga of Danny Hernandez,  Lil Peep – Everybody’s Everything, Heist 88, 50 States of Fright, The Little Hours, I Wanna Rock: The ‘80s Metal Dream, Sometimes When We Touch, Last Exit: Space, Call Me Miss Cleo, Gaming Wall Street, Hearts Beat Loud, Her Smell, and original audio productions “DUST”, “Lighters in the Sky”, “Words + Music’. In addition, Bauer launched the preeminent sci-fi and horror media brands, DUST and ALTER, two FAST channels, and currently sits on the board of Gen Z media brand, CUT.

Prior to founding Gunpowder & Sky, Bauer served on Endemol Group’s management team and international board, a global leader in entertainment (Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror, Mr. Bean, Big Brother, Master Chef, Deal or No Deal, Fear Factor, Wipeout, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition). During his time at Endemol, he was responsible for the company’s global expansion, successfully launching and acquiring numerous businesses in more than 15 countries across TV/film production, content distribution, FTA/Pay TV channels, digital video and gaming.

Prior to that, Bauer served as a lawyer and worked in private equity.

Bauer, a Dutch native, has also resided in Spain and the United Kingdom prior to moving to the United States.


Jason Schaeffer
Senior Vice President, Ads Plus, Amagi Corporation

Jason oversees the build out of Amagi’s publisher network at Amagi, including overseeing GMT monetization strategies for US, Europe and Asia.  Prior to Amagi, he oversaw Business Development, Marketing, PR and Business Intelligence initiatives for Crackle Plus. Jason also spent 6 years at Sony Pictures Television overseeing Crackle’s Global Revenue Operations. Jason has also worked at The Walt Disney Company and Dow Jones in various digital roles.  He started his career in investment banking, within Merrill Lynch & Co’s M&A department in NYC and then London.  Jason holds a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA’s School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from The University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Economics from Bucknell University. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
